About Saarthi
Saarthi — meaning “companion” or “guide” in Sanskrit — is more than a wellness practice. It is a sanctuary built on the belief that emotional clarity is not a destination, but a continuous, deeply personal journey.
We work with children, adolescents, and adults, meeting each individual exactly where they are. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of neurodivergent development, managing anxiety or emotional dysregulation, or seeking support through life’s relationship challenges, Saarthi is here to walk beside you.
Our approach is never one-size-fits-all. We integrate the best of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks with genuine warmth, creativity, and cultural sensitivity — because real healing happens when you feel truly understood.
The Founder
Behaviour & Counselling Psychologist · CBT Practitioner
As a Behaviour & Counselling Psychologist with 8+ years of experience, I am deeply committed to helping individuals feel seen, understood, and supported through their emotional journeys.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build meaningful change. My expertise lies in individual counseling, therapy for neurodivergent individuals (ASD, ADHD, CP, language delays and DS) and addressing concerns such as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges.
What sets my approach apart is the balance between evidence-based practices and genuine human connection. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and expressive art-based interventions, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
Over the years, I have worked closely with children and families, helping them not just manage behaviours but truly understand the “why” behind them. I strongly believe that every behaviour is a form of communication, and my work focuses on decoding and responding to it with empathy and structure.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Amity University, Noida, and I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CCBT) with training in expressive therapies & REBT approach.
Beyond therapy rooms, I am passionate about creating awareness, empowering parents, and building emotionally safe environments — both online and offline.
✨ If you’re looking for a therapist who combines clinical expertise with warmth, creativity, and real-world understanding, I’d be glad to connect.
